Jo Reimer grew up in Belize near the border of Guatamala. Her mother was from the Grand Cayman Island and her Father was from Guatamala. Jo married a Canadian born man who fell in love with her at first sight. He says that she saved his life when she took pity on him and she says that he saved her life when he saw past the barefoot girl with the torn dress. Together they have 2 beautiful daughters. Jo has travelled extensively through Mexico, Belize, Canada, and The United States; as well as serving on mission teams to South Africa, Namibia, and Ecuador. Jo has a passion for food and she enjoys making it beautiful as well as tasty. She opened Blessings Tea Room and Catering in 2007 with hopes to bless the community with good food and service. Her desire is to have a place where people can go to eat and feel special. On of her favorite sayings is "Come for the food, stay for the love!"
